Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and entertainment experience to guests.
• Ensure guests are aware of pricing for special events, promotions, and daily activities.
• Upsell game tags by explaining the credit system and benefits of different denominations.
• Operate Point of Sale systems and handle transactions according to standards.
• Count inventory, restock, and maintain the store products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
• Set up and tear down for events and activities.
• Ensure adherence to site, health, and safety policies.
• Handle guest inquiries and relay concerns to management.
• Communicate operational concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Attention to detail in task completion.
• Age of majority or older.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Quick addition and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to manage a counter and inventory.

Work Conditions:

• Varied shifts and working alone.
• Standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Working with guests of all ages.
