Job summary

Cineplex in Mississauga is hiring an hourly Amusement Host to operate major attractions, assist guests with gaming and create a fun, welcoming environment. You’ll upsell games, keep stations clean, and act as a resource for pricing at events.

The role requires customer service experience, attention to detail, and strong communication. A provincially required alcohol certificate is preferred. Wage ranges from CAD 16.60 to 17.60 per hour, with tuition assistance and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate.

Responsibilities

• Upsell games by showing guests game operations and encouraging play.
• Keep games and stations clean, stocked, and fully operational.

What you will do:Hourly Amusement HostOur Amusement Hosts are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Amusement Host operates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility and can help answer and/or curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non-experienced gamers.
