Job description

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Multi-task effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Manage and coach team members.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in EDD and Transaction Monitoring is required
  • MUST HAVE TEAM HANDLING EXPERIENCE
  • 5+ years of relevant AML or financial crime-related roles.
  • Knowledge of FINTRAC guidelines, PCMLTFA/R, and FATF recommendations.
  • Certifications such as CAMS or equivalents in AML/ATF/KYC/Sanctions/Investigations are assets.
  • Experience in transaction monitoring roles and team management are assets.
Deliverables
  • Ensure processes are executed as per client contracts.
  • Conduct shift briefings and debriefings focusing on key metrics, quality, and compliance.
  • Prepare and share notes from meetings and performance reports with the team and clients.
  • Interact with clients and communicate updates and changes.
  • Review process metrics, conduct root cause analyses, and improve quality parameters.
  • Create performance presentations for weekly and monthly reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage issues and ensure project delivery.
  • Organize team engagement activities, like fun hours.
  • Identify and support automation opportunities within the account.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Document performance summaries and identify training needs, especially for new joiners.
  • Conduct training sessions and refreshers as needed.
Stakeholder Interaction & Management
  • Provide timely assistance during escalations and support resolution efforts.
