You will be responsible for accurately inputting transaction details into our web applications, supporting investigators in completing disclosure filings.

Position Details
  • Position: AML Data Entry Processor
  • Shift: 8-hour workday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM), with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks
  • Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia, B4B 0V2 (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will involve receiving work assignments from the Senior Manager via email. You will then input transaction details into various web applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in your work. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to meet daily benchmarks.

Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with proven data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with various internal applications is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential. A high school diploma is required.
