Job description

TARCG is proud to be partnering with a leading Canadian MRO provider—a well-established organization with over 30 years of experience in aircraft line maintenance. As part of a global aviation group, their Canadian operations are expanding, and they are now seeking an experienced AME Licensed Engineers to join their Line Station teams across Canada.

Positions Available at :

  • Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)
  • Montreal–Trudeau and Mirabel International Airports (YUL / YMX)
  • Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ)

Engineers will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine line maintenance tasks on commercial aircraft, ensuring operational reliability, safety, and full regulatory compliance. These roles involve direct, hands-on work in dynamic ramp and hangar environments, supporting a range of narrow and wide-body aircraft.

Candidate Requirements :

  • AME License
  • Type ratings A350, and / or A330, A340, A320, B737 preferred
  • Solid background in line maintenance within commercial aviation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team under time-sensitive conditions
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts (both days and nights)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Carry out scheduled maintenance (daily checks, A-checks) and defect rectification
  • Perform troubleshooting and component replacements
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with OEM and regulatory standards
  • Respond to AOG situations and support aircraft return-to-service operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records
