Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related health discipline required.
• Minimum of two years of management/leadership experience in a unionized healthcare environment.
• Current professional registration in good standing with the applicable regulatory body.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and operational management experience in a high-volume academic healthcare centre.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership abilities, including complex decision-making, coaching, mentoring, team development, and the capacity to inspire confidence and engagement in others.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, drive innovation, and develop effective solutions to complex and diverse challenges.
• Strong commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and patient-centered culture.
