To help our company move to the next level and enable us to build an even more compelling education experience, we are looking for Ambassador – Pedagogy.

As a Knowledgehook Ambassador – Pedagogy, you will play a pivotal role in supporting educators, and school and system leaders by developing and delivering professional learning and training sessions on the effective use of the Knowledgehook platform to support classroom practice. This dynamic role involves collaborating with schools to inspire and empower teachers to integrate Knowledgehook into their instructional practices, fostering improved student outcomes in mathematics.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually
  • Assess training needs through the completion of Logistics Forms, meetings, and observations to ensure sessions are relevant, effective, and catered to the intended audience
  • Work collaboratively with other Ambassadors and the Customer Success Team to plan and develop training sessions, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive training approach
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, making improvements as necessary
  • Collaborate with the Learning Success Managers to align training initiatives with the districts’ implementation goals and needs
  • Create training decks, scripts, materials, and resources to support learning
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages engagement and participation
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed

What you need to succeed

Required

  • Must have a teaching degree
  • Math specific degree or training desired
  • Strong grounding in current pedagogy teaching math
  • Strong experience integrating technology into the classroom and using it to support pedagogy.
  • Must have: 5 plus years experience teaching
  • Strong experience/comfortable presenting and leading workshops to educators

Preferred

  • Experience teaching math at multiple grade levels
  • Experience centrally supporting implementation of curriculum and/or technology
  • Passion for education and improving student outcomes in mathematics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple engagements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
