Job Title: Amazon Store & E‑Commerce Assistant

We are currently seeking a qualified professional to assist our client's e-commerce business, support marketing initiatives, and handle customer engagement—primarily focused on Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords).
  • Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements.
  • Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for replenishment.
  • Process and confirm orders.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews.
  • Generate sales, advertising, and inventory reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant, Amazon Seller Central Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Amazon Seller Central platform.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA and FBM processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
