Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Executive to join our e-commerce team. You will play a key supporting role in managing our Amazon marketplaces across the US, Europe, and Asia. This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce operations, data analysis, and digital marketing who wants to grow in the Amazon ecosystem. You will assist the Amazon Manager in handling daily store operations — including product listing management, advertising optimization, order coordination, and performance analysis — ensuring our Amazon stores run smoothly and achieve continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Listing & Store Operations
    • Assist in uploading, maintaining, and optimizing product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, keywords).
    • Monitor product visibility and ensure listings comply with Amazon’s rules and brand guidelines.
    • Support global store updates and coordinate content localization (EN/JP/FR/DE).
  2. Inventory & Order Management
    • Track stock levels and replenishment schedules for FBA and FBM.
    • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and restock.
    • Monitor slow-moving SKUs and prepare reports for clearance or adjustment.
  3. Advertising & Promotion Support
    • Assist in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (keyword updates, daily spend monitoring, performance tracking).
    • Support the execution of promotional activities — deals, coupons, campaigns, and seasonal events.
  4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion rate, ad performance).
    • Analyze data to identify key growth opportunities and potential issues.
  5. Customer Experience & Compliance
    • Support the resolution of customer feedback, returns, and product inquiries.
    • Ensure adherence to Amazon policies and maintain high store ratings.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Amazon operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing preferred.
  • Familiar with Amazon Seller Central functions (listing upload, advertising dashboard, reports).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
