Role: Amazon Connect Developer

Job Description:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience in requirement analysis, design, coding, and unit testing using languages like TypeScript or Python.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Connect as a contact center lead or developer.
• Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and migrating contact center solutions at scale.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles in Amazon Connect, including complex integrations with Amazon Lex and Lambda.
• Knowledge of DynamoDB, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail.
• Good understanding of Amazon IAM concepts and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to Amazon Connect Contact Flows and CCP.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical design documents, lead review sessions with clients, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
