Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Aluminum TIG/MIG Welder position in Vancouver. Key Responsibilities:

· Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components, assemblies, and products.
· Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
· Set up welding equipment, select appropriate filler materials, and adjust machine settings for aluminum welding.
· Inspect completed welds for strength and accuracy, ensuring conformance to specifications.
· Maintain clean and organized workstations, tools, and welding equipment.
· Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to meet daily production targets.
· Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
· Accurately document work completed, material usage, and any defects or issues encountered.
· Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding is .
· 2+ years of TIG and MIG welding experience with a strong focus on aluminum.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
· Familiarity with common welding tools, measuring instruments, and safety practices.
