Aluminium Welder / Fabricators: Harvey 2608

We are currently seeking someone to fill the role of welder/fabricator.

Successful candidates must be experienced and punctual and must be able to perform tasks that include, but not limited to the following:

• Able to pass 3G welding certification with GMAW process
• Operate plate rolls, shear and other fabrication equipment
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, assembly drawings, specifications, etc.
• Fit-up and weld parts, sub-assemblies, container vessels, etc.
• Correct and safe use of production tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating plate rolls and overhead cranes.
• 3-5 years welding and fabricating experience
• Math, reading and writing skills
• Proficient mechanical skills
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending and reaching.

Successful candidates will receive competitive wages and benefits based upon job related experience.

Monday to Friday (6:15am to 2:30pm), not including overtime during the week and/or weekend.

This is a full-time position

Salary of $30 - $42 per hour depending on experience
