It is within this exciting context that Altis is seeking a visionary, hands-on, and strategic executive to serve as its Chief Information Officer (CIO) .

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a core member of the Executive Team, the CIO will lead enterprise-wide technology, data, digital product, cybersecurity, and innovation strategies. With a strong mandate for transformation, the CIO will shape and execute a roadmap that scales the organization securely, efficiently, and intelligently, driving operational performance and business growth.

The CIO will oversee enterprise modernization across key platforms (CRM, ERP, ATS, HRIS), lead ongoing maintenance and support of Microsoft Dynamics, and ensure ongoing compliance with key compliance frameworks. They will champion product innovation through the development of digital tools that elevate recruiter, client, and candidate experience, and embed AI, automation, and analytics into core operations. As Altis continues to grow through acquisition, the CIO will play a pivotal role in integrating systems, aligning teams, and building a digital foundation for a unified future.

As the ideal candidate, you are a proven technology leader with extensive experience across IT, data, product, and cybersecurity domains. You bring a successful track record of driving digital transformation and delivering enterprise solutions in high-growth or digital-first environments. You are fluent in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and Agile delivery, and have led cross-functional teams to execute complex, business-aligned technology strategies. Your leadership style is collaborative and inclusive, cultivating trust, aligning stakeholders, and building high-performing teams that deliver results.
