Job summary

AltaGas is seeking a Financial Analyst, Energy Exports to support Canada’s energy export activities. The role involves settling energy marketing transactions, monthly accruals, and variance analysis within a fast-paced, high-visibility team.

You will collaborate across front, mid, and back-office teams, support regulatory reporting and SOX compliance, and contribute to process improvements. CPA or progress toward it preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operational or marketing accounting.
• Strong Excel skills; Allegro, JD Edwards and Power BI are assets.
• Proactive mindset and excellent communication; works with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• CPA (or working toward it).
