You will improve value and service to your customers and enhance supply chain efficiency. Additionally, you will utilize internal and customer data to optimize plans and support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio.
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by meeting customer service targets, supporting process improvements (internal and external), and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers.
  • Work with the order fulfillment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holdings, and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision-making internally and with customers to maximize service levels and sales.

More about this role:

As the Allocation Analyst, your primary responsibility is deploying orders according to inventory availability and the Allocation plan. You will use internal customer data and liaise with planning departments to ensure customer needs and product availability are met in both quantity and timing. You will collaborate closely with departments including EM, Sales Strategy, Demand Planning, Customer Teams, and Product Supply to maintain the Allocation plan and manage communication.

How you will contribute:

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your category portfolio to achieve volume and cost targets.
  • Utilize analytics and a critical lens, maintaining constant contact with stakeholders to address potential issues and make timely decisions.
  • Manage escalations to resolve supply gaps, maximizing customer service and delivery.
  • Support internal KPIs related to SFA, Fill-Rate, and Waste to help achieve business objectives.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and participate in cross-functional meetings as needed.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience in FMCG or CPG companies, understanding end-to-end processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting skills.
  • Expertise in Excel and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Independent work ethic, comfortable acting without direct authority.
  • Team player with accountability, proactive thinking, and flexibility.
  • Effective communication skills across departments and levels, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of SAP/S4.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Work schedule:

This role is hybrid, with days varying between in-person and remote work.
