Job summary

Reitmans (Canada) Limited in Montreal is seeking an Allocation Analyst for an 18-month contract, blending fashion, data and business acumen to optimize inventory. You will partner with Buying, Planning and Distribution to place the right product in the right place at the right time.

You’ll analyze performance across stores and digital channels, anticipate inventory needs for promotions and launches, and ensure accurate reporting to support fast, informed decisions.

Qualifications

• You're curious, analytical and commercially minded.
• You have a university degree in Commerce or a college diploma in Commerce, Fashion Marketing or a related field, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Numbers tell you a story. You can analyze financial and business indicators, spot opportunities and turn data into clear actions that drive results.
• You're a natural problem-solver who brings logic, curiosity and a solutions-focused mindset to your work.
• You're comfortable working in Excel and using data to support everyday decisions.
• You communicate clearly and build strong relationships. You are bilingual in French and English, as you'll regularly collaborate with colleagues and partners across Canada.
