An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive Occupational Therapy team at Kincardine Community Hospital in Stonehaven. You will manage a designated caseload, providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention to support patients to achieve their goals, maximise their independence and enable safe and timely discharge from hospital.
Working as part of a well-established multidisciplinary and multi-agency team, you will contribute to coordinated, person-centred care and work closely with patients, families, carers and colleagues across hospital and community services. We are committed to supporting your professional development.
