Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Capital Projects Energy Support professional for the Airport Project, based on-site in Mississauga. You will help build a world-class energy hub, advancing clean energy initiatives and hydrogen/Sustainable Aviation Fuel studies.

The role requires strong experience in energy planning, microgrid design, and SCADA integration, plus a degree in engineering or a related field. On-site work is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in energy or utility planning.
• Degree in engineering or energy-related field.
• Experience with large-scale capital infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of energy codes and standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advises on strategic approaches to achieve clean energy goals across program initiatives.
• Evaluates energy solutions including power purchase agreements, direct purchases, and joint ventures.
• Supports the development of the airport energy hub concept and SAF projects.
• Guides optimization of utility distribution for existing and new assets.
