Summary

The Aircraft Technician Apprentice reports to the lead hand and performs aircraft and equipment maintenance duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to Execaire Aviation safety policies
  • Assist engineers with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Support backup crew with transient aircraft maintenance
  • Maintain hangar equipment and logbook updates
  • Fuel company vehicles daily
  • Assist with hangar cleanliness as needed
  • All work supervised by licensed AMEs on behalf of the maintenance manager
Requirements
  • Grade 12/Secondary 5
  • Aircraft Maintenance Technician course at a Transport Canada-approved facility
  • O-2 years of aircraft maintenance experience
  • Additional aviation experience outside of the technician course is an asset
