You will work across the full engineering lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet performance, weight, manufacturability, and airworthiness requirements, while addressing complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design Integration & Layout Development: Develop and review structural and systems installation layouts, including 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across stress, systems, interiors, aerodynamics, and mass properties.
• Design Development & Problem Solving: Review detailed designs and provide technical solutions to resolve design or manufacturing challenges.
• Change & Configuration Management: Manage engineering changes through the full configuration control lifecycle.
• Weight & Performance Optimization: Support weight management initiatives and identify weight-saving opportunities.
• Program Execution & Reporting: Provide regular technical status updates and support design reviews and milestones.
