As a Jazz Ramp Attendant, you will ensure the safe and timely arrival and departure of aircraft. Your responsibilities include:

1. Prepping ground equipment for aircraft arrivals.
2. Marshaling aircraft in and out of parking spots.
3. Loading and unloading baggage and cargo.
4. Communicating with pilots and team members.
5. Working with a diverse team and treating all with respect.
6. Adhering to safety procedures around aircraft.
7. Supporting airline operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, responsibilities include:

1. Performing duties safely and in accordance with policies.
2. Assisting passengers with disabilities.
3. Cleaning and grooming aircraft.
4. Operating ground support equipment and vehicles.
5. Securing aircraft safety with wheel chocks and weather gear.
6. Completing maintenance and safety forms.
7. Continuously developing ramp skills.
8. Covering shifts and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bondable with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate ground vehicles and equipment.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Previous ramp experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset; in some stations, it is a requirement. Please specify on your application if bilingual.
