Job Title: Aircraft Preflight Mechanic - M2

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for ten permanent Flight Service Engineers (AMEs) within the Pre-Flight Department. The role involves conducting necessary operations, including functioning and engine run, between the final assembly and acceptance of the aircraft by the customer. You will be involved in all stages of aircraft building, from development through to final assembly, ensuring all inspection reports and related documents are completed accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all necessary operations and checks using appropriate equipment between final assembly and aircraft acceptance.
  • Complete all work related to aircraft construction from early stages to final assembly.
  • Accurately complete all inspection reports and documents.
  • Have a thorough understanding of procedures.
Essential Skills
  • Valid M2 License.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in rigging, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • AME-M2 certification.
  • Troubleshooting experience.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large, clean, and bright shop floor production area. Employees are required for permanent off-shift work, with availability needed for either afternoon (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm) or night shifts (10:00 pm to 6:00 am) from Monday to Friday.
