Job summary

Top Aces is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to join our flight-line crew as an Airframe, Avionics or Structural Technician. The AMT will perform aircraft maintenance using approved tools, documents, and safety standards while supporting flight operations and maintenance leads.

The role requires Transport Canada Accepted Aircraft Maintenance Training or an accredited course, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience on a commercial or military aircraft is an asset.
• Able to communicate in English and French.
• Demonstrates strong and visible support of company values.
• Experience in Line Maintenance in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing work in accordance with the Work Performed policy and specialized tasks with proper authorization.
• Identifying and ordering parts as needed.
• Performing required computer entries and functions.
• Signing for the performance of their work.
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintaining personal records.
• Ensuring airworthiness and safety policies and standards are followed.
