Wright International Aircraft Maintenance Services Inc, a subsidiary of FL Technics based in Toronto, has been a trusted provider of MRO services in Canada for over 30 years, specializing in line maintenance.

We are currently looking to fill a position at our YYZ location:

Position: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Supervisor - Full-time

Your Tasks :

  • Lead, direct, and motivate a team of up to 12 AMEs.
  • Communicate effectively with customer MOC, schedule, and conduct maintenance tasks according to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure operational consistency.
  • Maintain employee shift schedules and daily work orders in Bi2.
  • Work closely with the PRM and QA Manager to ensure training standards and compliance with CARs.
  • Ensure all paperwork and logbook entries are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Promote company policies and procedures outlined in the MPM and QCP documents.
  • Revise existing procedures and develop new processes to improve safety, knowledge, and efficiency.
  • Participate in departmental meetings.
  • Contribute to Wright International SMS by reporting hazards and incidents, and promoting safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Transport Canada AME M2 license with at least three endorsements (preferably B737NG/MAX, B777, B787, A320CEO/NEO, A330CEO/NEO, A350).
  • Valid RAIC and AVOP for YYZ.
  • Previous experience as an AME Lead or Supervisor, with proven leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Bi2.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
