Job summary

Pyka is seeking an Integration Technician to lead full aircraft integration, installing avionics, electricals, spray plumbing, harness routing, decals, servos, landing gear, brakes, and sensors. You will work with engineers to install, test, and validate systems, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical build, assembly, or repair experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; safe assembly.
• Ability to follow drawings, instructions, and established processes.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot problems.
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach.
• Able to adapt as prototypes evolve in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable in an active shop with PPE and manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-vehicle integration by installing avionics, electricals, plumbing, harness routing, decals, servos, landing gear, brakes, and sensors.
• Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components with engineering guidance.
• Create and improve assembly instructions, routing standards, and test reports.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; prototype and production aircraft collaboration.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized workspace according to standards.
• Collaborate with Inventory to manage parts and tools for uninterrupted workflow.
