• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central escalation point for operational disruptions and exceptions.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of shipment delays or service failures.
• Proactively track shipments against milestones and trigger corrective actions.
• Coordinate with origin, destination, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
• Analyze shipment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within RCC operations.

How you create impact

• Escalate critical issues and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Ensure accurate and timely system updates and documentation of shipment status
• Contribute to process standardization and best practice sharing across regions
• Support crisis management and contingency planning for major disruptions
