About the Role
As aSrProduct Manager – AI Operations (AIOps), you’ll help define and deliver the product roadmap and delivery strategy for the AIOps domain, focusing on building intelligent and automated operations for complex cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and prioritize features across six core AIOps product services:
o Enterprise Monitoring & Alerting – unified observability through metrics, logs, and traces.
o ServiceNow ITSM – integration and orchestration of incident, change, and problem management workflows.
o ServiceNow CMDB – automated discovery and dynamic topology mapping of infrastructure and services.
o Microsoft Operations Copilot – AI-powered agents to assist with diagnostics, RCA, and recommendations.
o Microsoft Automation Platform – closed-loop automation for remediation and routine tasks.
o Smart Dashboard – real-time visual intelligence for operations center and executive reporting.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $155-175k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
