Our establishments include Maggie Oakes, Jacopo, Vieux-Port Steakhouse, Pincette, Bevo Bar+Pizzeria, Restaurant Gaspar, Terrasse le Perché, Terrasse William Gray, and La Terrasse sur l’Auberge.

Reporting to the Chef de Partie, the Kitchen Assistant plays a key role in the establishment's kitchen, responsible for food preparation in advance of service and assisting cooks on the line during service to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform cutting and peeling of vegetables and fruits.
  • Assist the kitchen team in preparing basic recipes.
  • Receive and store merchandise.
  • Apply hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • Follow health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the kitchen.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens.
  • Strong interest in cooking.
