Job description

We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Requirements include a strong understanding of chemistry—an ongoing or completed Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in chemistry or related fields preferred but not required
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning
