The Role

We're seeking a motivated, experienced, and innovative individual to lead Quality Assurance at GOcxm. You and your team will develop software to fully automate our end-to-end quality assurance as part of our continuous integration pipeline. Your focus will be on Web App and API quality assurance automation for UAT, regression, and stress testing. Success in this role requires embracing and innovating with AI to assist in test case development, design, and reporting in a SOC2 compliant SDLC. You will help us define the market standard for product and service quality in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Playwright-based UI automation (web, cross-device).
• Develop API automated tests.
• Collaborate on the definition and management of test cases, suites.
• Develop and maintain tools for test code coverage, quality KPIs, and analytics.
• Manage testing with Testomatio (or similar TMS).
• Utilize AI tools to assist in test development, striving for complete code coverage.
• Conduct code reviews to share knowledge and help ensure quality standards.
• Integrate automation into CI / CD pipelines using GitHub with AWS, GCP.
• Help drive continuous improvement in how we do QA.
• Manage the team's work within our lean agile development process.

Qualifications

• Technical degree from a college or bachelor's degree from a post-secondary institution in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years in automated QA.
• Experience in the complete automated QA development lifecycle from design to reporting.
• Playwright, JavaScript, and TypeScript expertise.
• Experience with Testomatio (or similar TMS).
• Web application testing experience across multiple browsers.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, security.
• Positive attitude to innovate with AI tools.
• Experience with behavioral-driven test design (Gherkin).
• Experience in GitHub CI / CD integration.
• Experience with AWS and GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
