Job summary

CoreWeave is the AI-first cloud empowering leaders in AI workloads with a full-stack platform. The Account Solutions Architect, Engaged, serves as the named technical partner across CoreWeave’s platform, deepening adoption and driving expansion while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You'll work with Account Managers and Field Engineers to ensure customers derive maximum value from CoreWeave, addressing blockers and surfacing product feedback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in solutions engineering or AI-focused field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, incl. LLMs.
• Experience deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with CoreWeave customers.
• Drive platform adoption and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Specialist Field Engineers, and customer teams.
• Represent the voice of the customer and surface product feedback to internal teams.
