Insight Global is seeking an experienced Solution Design Lead to drive enterprise AI initiatives, blending hands-on engineering with strategic leadership. You will partner with senior business stakeholders, shape AI strategy, and craft user stories to guide multiple squads toward successful delivery.

You’ll work across Databricks and Azure environments, designing RAG and multi-agent systems, ensuring production readiness, and scaling implementations.

Competenze

• 7+ years in software engineering, solution engineering, or solution architecture with progression to leadership/architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent AI systems using LangChain and MCP.
• Proven experience taking AI solutions from PoC to Production including architecture, deployment and scalability considerations.
• Experience with Databricks and Azure environments in AI/ML application development and deployment.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, authorization, and inter-system communication.
• Experience in Agile environments with sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation/refinement.
• Experience collaborating with senior business/product stakeholders across multiple squads.
