Role Overview

We’re looking to hire a software engineer specializing in AI development to join our engineering team. This is your opportunity to join a startup and impact the creation of generative AI solutions. We’re leading the industry in creating ethical AI that’s built by artists and for artists to empower them in creating amazing art.

This is a remote position with collaboration across global teams. Our official working hours are 9AM-6PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Build the Future of AI Content: Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI endpoints for image, text, and agent-based generation workflows.
• Deploy at Scale: Implement and optimize AI deployments on cloud platforms like RunPod for high-performance environments.
• Innovate with Multimodal AI: Collaborate with teams to craft AI-powered user experiences across web and mobile.
• Maintain and Scale AI Infrastructure: Develop maintainable codebases for AI models, inference pipelines, and agent orchestration.
• Drive AI Quality: Test, monitor, and improve the reliability, accuracy, and speed of AI solutions.
• Research & Experimentation: Explore emerging AI techniques in generation, reasoning, and agent systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years AI Engineering Experience: Proven in building and deploying AI applications in production.
• Experience with Image & Text Models: Working knowledge of models like Stable Diffusion, Llama, GPT.
• Cloud Deployment Expertise: Skilled in containerizing AI services (Docker) and deploying on platforms like RunPod, AWS.
• Python Proficiency: Strong coding in Python with frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Performance Optimization: Deep understanding of inference speed, GPU memory management, cost efficiency.
• Collaborative & Agile: Good communication skills and experience in Agile development.

Bonus Points

• Experience with vision-language models, image captioning, or agent pipelines.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, container orchestration, and model versioning.
• Open-source contributions in AI.
• Passion for manga, anime, and creative AI applications.
