Job summary

Softchoice, an IT solutions provider, is hiring a Software Engineer, AI to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that empower businesses with intelligent automation and data insights. In this intermediate-level role, you will deliver complex components from design through deployment, collaborating with senior engineers and architects to translate requirements into secure, scalable software.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years software engineering, incl. 2+ years AI/ML
• Proven production-grade apps or AI capabilities
• Strong Python and at least one other language
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience backend services, APIs, auth, and data pipelines
• Experience with React/Next.js and modern web apps

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy AI applications with architectural guidance
• Translate requirements into designs, plans, and trade-offs
• Develop AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and tooling
• Build secure backend services and APIs linked to enterprise data
• Contribute to CI/CD, infra-as-code, and MLOps practices
• Participate in architecture reviews, create reusable components
