As an AI Software Developer, you’ll be an expert developer with demonstrated ability to innovate and support the team and beyond. About the role

• Solve complex problems using software and introduce new technologies or patterns.

• Release and validate software, developing deployment patterns as needed.

• Lead software support, incident resolution, and conduct blameless reviews.

• Develop reusable code modules and patterns.

• Conduct exploratory work to develop prototypes.

• Lead code and design reviews, establishing standards.

• Provide documentation and demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Mentor team members in these areas.

• Assist leadership in improving workflows by addressing technical debt and process issues.

About you

Minimum qualifications

• Proven problem-solving skills through innovative software solutions.

• Proficiency with languages and frameworks such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Angular, or AWS.

• Experience developing reusable software modules or patterns across teams.

• Expertise in designing integration tests, managing software releases, and providing support.

• Experience with Agile practices like user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.

• Mentoring and team development experience.

• Thought leadership in software development practices.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

• 7+ years in software engineering or similar roles.

• Experience with cloud environments or relevant certifications.

• Experience in CI/CD design or refinement.

• Agile certification.
