Candidates should have 5+ years of full stack experience with React/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot, strong design skills, and startup or 0→1 product building experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend skills with React/TypeScript or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong backend experience with Java/Spring Boot or comparable stacks.
• Excellent product sense and experience shipping customer-facing software.
• Strong system design skills and ability to own features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve frontend and backend product features across a modern SaaS platform.
• Design dashboards, workflows, analytics views, and user-facing systems.
• Own architecture decisions and help implement scalable engineering practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve quality and speed.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, ML, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clean product experiences.
