The AI Research & Development Analyst is responsible for delivering Info-Tech’s research projects and advisory services to clients, mainly in AI Strategy, Agentic AI Prototyping, AI Development, Workflow Orchestration, Implementation & Integration.
The successful candidate will provide research-based insights and guidance to help IT leaders achieve measurable results. They will stay updated on industry developments and maintain an active understanding of client needs, collaborating with the Research Division and organization to deliver excellent service via calls and workshops.
This role involves working closely with Members to design, develop, and refine AI Agents, prototypes, and practical AI solutions, including data analysis, agent engineering, LLM workflows, and prototype creation. The individual will also support internal AI experimentation and development to enhance Info-Tech's service delivery.
