Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Testing Associate to join our software development team in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Participate in product scoping to understand the context thoroughly.
  2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  3. Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
  4. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  5. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) when required.
  6. Continuously improve testing methodologies based on foundational principles.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages and version control systems.
