About the role
  • Location: Remote-first (United States)
  • Employment type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
  • Compensation: Base pay ranges are location-based (Zone A: $138,000 - $191,000; Zone B: $129,500 - $179,000; Zone C: $121,000 - $167,500). Specific base pay is determined by location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • Note: This role may be eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level; payouts depend on company performance against goals.
  • Reporting to: Director, Applied AI

Responsibilities and requirements below describe the role and its expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Own Product Vision & Strategy: Articulate the product vision for the AI Agentic Platform. Collaborate with the Director of Applied AI and cross-functional stakeholders to define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor Backlog Management: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear business justification for the AI Engineers.
  • Drive Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the AI engineering team and business units (Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, HR). Gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress and releases.
  • Drive Impact: Define and analyze KPIs and success metrics to measure AI initiative impact. Use data-driven insights to iterate on the product and inform prioritization.
  • Voice of the User: Understand internal user needs to champion solutions that solve problems and unlock efficiencies.
  • Lead Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and rapid delivery.

About you

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner/PM, preferably on technical platforms, internal tools, or AI/ML-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading agile teams.
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Foundational AI/ML knowledge is essential.
  • Data-driven decision making with a focus on metrics to guide product strategy.

  • Have experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
  • Hold CSPO, PSPO, or PMP certification
  • Have experience with products involving large language models, workflow automation, or agentic AI systems
  • Understand AI ethics, data privacy, and compliance

  • Are curious and open to learning emerging technologies to accelerate progress
