Job summary

5+ years of product management experience.
At least 2 years owning an AI or ML product in production.
Proven track record shipping production-grade AI features for users in a B2B SaaS context.
Experience defining evaluation frameworks and success criteria for probabilistic AI outcomes.
Working familiarity with LLMs, agents, tool use and related AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Talk to customers directly and translate their workflows into testable AI use cases.
Turn ambiguous signals into clear specs and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with AI engineering to identify high-leverage workflows in lease administration and deal management.
Develop a rigorous view on output quality and failure modes for AI-generated answers.
Address access-control: ensure appropriate permissioning and prevent exposing sensitive actions.
