GuruLink is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end client engagements, guiding discovery through delivery for complex AI-enabled solutions in Toronto. You will sit with engineers, shape architecture, and drive governance with executives, managing multiple engagements with tight year-end deadlines.
The role demands a deep background in product leadership, firing on scope and outcomes, and the ability to land agentic concepts with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced consultancy
Location: Toronto, Ontario
This is the hire the client called the most critical one on the list, and it is the role that decides whether the rest of the programme lands. You will own a client engagement end to end as the product voice: discovery through delivery, with the stakeholder in the room rather than on a status email. The work splits three ways. Some of it is standing up brand new AI agents. Some is greenfield product built agentically from day one. Some is dragging a legacy platform into the present without taking it offline, while teaching the client's own team to build the way you do. The current priority engagement is a rebuild of an investigative analysis platform used by law enforcement and forensic teams. Think enormous volumes of device data, a user who needs defensible answers rather than plausible ones, and an evidentiary chain that cannot be broken. You will sequence that into something shippable, define what good looks like, and set the guardrails and evaluation criteria an agent must clear before it goes anywhere near production. You will sit beside agentic engineers and argue architecture with them, not hand over a backlog. You will run the steering committees, hold the roadmap when priorities collide, and translate agentic concepts for executives who are sponsoring the spend without sharing the vocabulary. Expect several engagements moving at once and a year end deadline on the one that matters most. Toronto based and in the office. The client stakeholder is local and expects you there.
