Job summary

Lenovo seeks a Product Manager to define the Employee Agent product vision and roadmap, delivering high-value AI scenarios across knowledge, content, collaboration, and workflow.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle from user research to launch, iterating based on metrics like WAU, retention, and CSAT, while collaborating with engineering, security, and data teams to ensure scalable, responsible delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, productivity tools, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and evaluation methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and evaluation methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to turn complex business needs into clear product strategies and requirements.
• Strong user research, data analysis, prioritization, and product delivery capabilities.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems, workflows, or global products is preferred.
