Overview

The Tech & Alliances AI Product Manager will work closely with the ESG Solution streams and member firm senior stakeholders to uncover and evaluate new opportunities for growth. They will guide initiatives through the development framework, assessing the commercial and market viability of new opportunities, and using design thinking and product principles to shape, validate, and define high-value concepts.


What you will do

  • Collaborating with the ESG Solution streams and member firm senior stakeholders to help uncover and evaluate new opportunities to drive growth
  • Lead initiatives through core stages of the development framework, including the assessment of commercial and market viability of new opportunities and harness design thinking and product principles to help identify, shape, validate and define high value concepts that drive growth or productivity
  • Manage communications and foster relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization, including project teams and senior leadership to ensure project objectives are understood and expectations are managed
  • Facilitate project planning sessions to outline the objectives, scope, schedule, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading complex program delivery across various technology platforms and solutions within a global or multinational business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep tight deadlines
  • Experience working with global stakeholders preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare detailed reports, support facilitation of meetings, and act as a liaison between stakeholders, as well as creation of presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and time-management
