Randstad Canada is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a hybrid Toronto role building an AI‑driven Client Management Platform. You’ll contribute from backend Java services to React front‑ends and integrate AI features, owning code through production.

Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years of software development, strong Java and React skills, PostgreSQL and REST API experience, Linux familiarity, and a pragmatic approach to testing and secure releases.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of active, day‑to‑day software development experience
• Strong expertise in Java (multithreading, microservices) and modern JavaScript/React
• Solid hands‑on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and RESTful API design
• Comfortable using Unix/Linux commands to inspect systems, check DB state, and debug environments
• Experience with OpenAI integrations or Copilot, ability to debug and evaluate AI‑generated code
• Pragmatic problem solver who values secure engineering, automated testing, and production releases

Responsibilities

• Writing & Reviewing Code: Java microservices and React front‑ends
• Integrating AI: OpenAI APIs and Copilot collaboration and debugging
• Managing Data: Architecting RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL optimization
• Linux & DevOps: Navigating Linux, DB checks, automated CI/CD deployments
• Quality & Reliability: Writing unit/integration tests, addressing tech debt, code reviews
