Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production web applications with active coding in the last 2–3 years.
• Frontend experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript, plus frontend architecture knowledge.
• Backend experience building APIs/services in Python; familiarity with Node.js; knowledge of GenAI concepts including prompt engineering, agentic system design, MCP.

Responsibilities

• Build End-to-End Solutions: design and implement full-stack features in React/TypeScript and Python, incl. AI-powered capabilities.
• Set Technical Standards: uphold best practices for code quality, performance, accessibility, testing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with product, design, and engineering to shape APIs and UX.
• Drive Execution: breakdown initiatives, provide estimates, and see work through to production.
• Mentor Engineers: support growth through pairing and code reviews.
