Job summary

ILAC Education Group in Toronto is expanding its AI and automation capabilities. We are seeking a Power Platform & AI Developer to design, build, and implement AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software development or automation and hands-on experience with Power Platform technologies, Copilot Studio, APIs, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development or automation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI automation.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage and deliver multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Develop AI-powered agents and workflow solutions that streamline administrative and operational processes.
• Configure integrations between Microsoft platforms and internal or third-party systems using APIs, connectors, and cloud services.
• Extend low-code solutions through scripting or custom development when required.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure solutions are maintainable and aligned with business objectives.
