Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Manager, Enterprise AI Reporting to define, produce, and mature enterprise AI reporting capabilities. You will develop executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, adoption metrics, value realization measures, and governance insights for leadership transparency.

You will partner with business, technology, finance, governance, and delivery teams to translate outcomes into measurable reporting metrics and to streamline processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reporting, analytics or value realization.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and scorecards for leadership.
• Strong ability to translate data into leadership-ready insights.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau/Excel for portfolio reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology, and governance domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise AI reporting standards and cadences.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting for senior leadership.
• Track AI adoption, delivery progress, benefits realization, and risks.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to define measurable outcomes.
• Consolidate information across AI projects and capabilities.
• Create concise narratives explaining progress, value, risks, and decisions.
• Support governance with intake, risk classifications, controls, and lifecycle status.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, Technology, Data, Risk for data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve portfolio performance and value realization.
• Automate reporting processes to improve consistency.
