Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-produced images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing.

Your insights help shape how AI systems learn and improve. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to justify decisions clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and clear everyday speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations clearly.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating how natural and clear each exchange is.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
