Job summary

Warner Music Group is seeking a backend/full-stack engineer to develop scalable analytics platforms for talent identification. You’ll own features through full development lifecycle and work with AWS, databases, and data pipelines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to source and integrate data from streaming and social sources, and contribute to an industry-leading tech stack including Ruby on Rails, Postgres, TimescaleDB, Snowflake,

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science.
4+ years of backend or full-stack development experience.
Adept at navigating the open web to source and integrate data.
Strong debugging, testing, monitoring, and incident management skills.
Knowledge of AWS or other cloud environments.
Experience designing APIs and building backend services, databases, and data pipelines.
Ownership mindset and ability to deliver in a fast-paced setting.
Desire to learn and master software development; familiar with RoR/JS stack is a plus.
