Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Field Application Engineer to bridge customer needs and technical teams, driving adoption of AI products. The role requires strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaboration with sales to align solutions with customer priorities.

You will work remotely across North America, with preferred hubs in Santa Clara, Austin, or Toronto, and will engage with customers through meetings, workshops, and technical demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills with 5+ years of technical, enterprise experience.
• Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks including ML, DL, NLP, computer vision, PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with embedded systems, FPGA Architecture or AI accelerators.
• Good understanding of data center, server architecture and deployment, thermal/power, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Partner closely with sales operations and product teams to provide feedback from customers and help shape future product enhancements.
